In this meeting, which was held with the presence of the majority of the members of the board of directors, major approvals and decisions were determined.
In this meeting, after reviewing the business model of Sadiran, the final business model of Sadiran was optimized, updated and approved.
After that, the board of directors reviewed the five-year and one-year goals of the exporters, and after the review, the future goals of the exporters were determined and communicated to the CEO.
Also, the managing director of Sadiran presented his past and future plans.
At the end of this meeting, the important issue of the structure and the way the committees were formed was discussed and decided, and for the trial start of the first deputy, the processes and procedures were determined regarding the way to start the activity of the building deputy.
